Our church is not for spectators it is a place where you are invited to get involved!
Whether you are a 5 year old child, a 65 year old grandmother, a busy mum, or a business man with big responsibilities, we want to invite you to be a part of building the kingdom of God with us.
We believe God has put gifts and skills in your hand that can be used to serve Him and serve others!
The A Team steward the house of God with care and excellence. Every space prepared and every detail managed creates room for people to encounter Him. The team carries the responsibility, both practically and spiritually, of maintaining an environment where God is honoured and people feel at home. They make the invisible visible.
The Cafe Team creates a space of genuine hospitality where quality speaks and generosity flows. Through excellent coffee and food, they serve people with care while helping raise funds that make a difference beyond the walls. Every cup and every interaction reflects the heart to serve with excellence and impact lives.
The Carpark Team is the first impression of Freedom Centre, a smiling, visible welcome that tells every person, “You belong here.” Their attentiveness, clarity, and kindness turn asphalt into an atmosphere of expectation. Long before people step into worship, they help people feel the welcoming presence of the Father.
The Connect Team bridges the gap between attending and belonging. Their role makes it easy for people to take their next step to be seen, known, and included. Every smile, every connect bag, every conversation opens a door for someone’s spiritual journey to grow roots.

The Photography & Videography Team captures the moments that tell the story of what God is doing in the house. Through photo and video, they highlight life, faith, and community in a way that reaches beyond the room. Their creativity and awareness help share the heart of the church across social media, the website, and in-service media, so more people can see, connect, and be impacted.
The Intermediates Team creates a space where young people (Yrs 7 & 8) can belong, grow, and explore their faith in a way that’s real and relevant to them. By building connection, fun, and meaningful conversations, they help bridge the gap between childhood and youth, guiding them toward a personal and lasting relationship with God.
The Kids Team is raising a generation of world-changers. Through worship, teaching, games, and small groups, they create a safe and engaging environment where children can encounter God, build friendships, and grow in their faith. Their consistency, care, and energy help lay foundations that will shape lives for years to come.
The Live Stream Team helps take the message beyond the room, capturing not just images but encounters. Through both visuals and audio, their attention to detail and creativity extend the reach of the gospel into the nation and beyond. Every frame, every sound, and every moment they carry is a chance for someone to meet Jesus online.
The New Believers Team is the first touchpoint of discipleship. They help people take their very first step in faith with confidence and clarity. Every Bible handed out, every prayer prayed, and every baptism overseen marks eternity. They help new believers take their next steps of following Jesus with clarity and purpose.
The Prayer Team helps create the atmosphere of Heaven on earth. Their prayers open hearts, break chains, and stir faith. They stand on holy ground, partnering with God in what He’s doing in real time. They are the heartbeat of every service.
The Production Team creates the environment where excellence meets encounter. From sound to screens, lights to livestream, their work makes the message clear and the worship powerful. Every cable connected and every mix adjusted helps people hear, see, and feel the presence of God without distraction. They help turn technical precision into spiritual impact.
The Welcome Team embodies the heart of hospitality. Every handshake and hello is a declaration that everyone matters. They set the tone for what’s possible in people’s hearts before worship even begins. They don’t just greet people, they welcome them home.

The Worship Team stewards the presence of God through their gifts, creating an environment where people can encounter Jesus in a real and fresh way each week. What flows from the stage is an overflow of their own personal relationship with Him. Through skill, unity, and sensitivity to the Spirit, they lead with excellence and authenticity, helping draw hearts into worship and connection with God.
Join us in telling the story in a creative way, of how Jesus is working in and though our house. There are many ways this is done - through our design, emails, social media and more.

Help prepare spaces during for moments of encounter and equipping. From special events to big celebrations, this team creates spaces where people can encounter, equip and be released
Small Groups are fortnightly gatherings of people from our house for the purpose of studying the word, Sunday messages and doing life together. Leading a group is primarily about hosting and facilitating conversations.
Walk alongside the 18-30 year olds of our house. We gather together fortnightly in large and small group settings.
Invest in the next generation (year 9-13) with us as we meet weekly for worship, teaching, games and more.
After you apply, your application will be reviewed and processed, then you will be placed on the Dream Team. Afterwards, you will hear from your specific Dream Team Lead regarding details. Some teams will require a background check, interview processes and/or training before fully inducted into the specified team.
Rosters go out every month. You can specify through the Planning Centre App how often you want to serve per team, as well as block out dates you are unavailable to serve.
We want you to be fully present while serving and fully present while attending! So this means we prefer that you serve at a gathering and attend a gathering.
